This spirit-tasting event, featuring the master distiller Jason MacIsaac, will take place on Saturday, December 23rd, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in our Salal Room & Shoreline Terrace.
Sheringham Distillery, nestled in Langford on Southern Vancouver Island, is the brainchild of Jason and Alayne MacIsaac. Their journey began with a shared vision of crafting finely distilled spirits that embody the essence of the land and showcase bold culinary artistry. Echoing our own dedication to sustainability, Sheringham pays tribute to our environment by selecting quality seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully crafting each spirit’s flavour profile, and championing sustainable practices.
During this exclusive and complimentary event for you, our Wickaninnish Inn guests, Jason will share insights into their unique distillation process and the distinctive flavours while personally guiding you through a selection of Sheringham spirits, complemented with canapés expertly created by Chef Clayton.
