If you have a voicemail, the light on the bottom right corner of your telephone will be flashing. To retrieve your voicemail, touch the VOICEMAIL button on your desktop telephone.

Once you have listened to your messages, follow the system prompts to save or delete messages. Please contact Guest Reception should you experience difficulty with the voice mail system. Please be assured voice mail messages are private and are accessible only from your guest room.

A 40% service charge is added to standard Telus long distance rates. Local, toll free, credit card and third party billing calls are complimentary.

For Directory Assistance to Canada or USA, a charge of $2.50 plus GST and PST applies and International a charge of $8.95 plus GST and PST applies.

Charges are applied by Telus even if the number is not found.

The prefix for most landline telephone numbers in Tofino is "250.725". The prefix for most landline telephone numbers in Ucluelet is "250.726". Calls made to these prefix areas are considered local calls and there is no charge for these calls. All other calls are classified as long distance.

All our guest rooms and suites, as well as our public spaces offer high-speed internet. Wi-Fi service is provided complimentary throughout the property.

The password to access our system is wick1996. An Ethernet connection is also available at your guest room work desk, simply plug the existing cable into your laptop’s Ethernet port.
